Our Services

Seniors and disabled adults do not always receive the care and support they need. Families with elderly and disabled loved ones may be able to find the care they need or receive support as a family caregiver. But it can be challenging to find an organization that can both care for someone and offers the supportive services they need to thrive in the community. Circle of Care St. Louis is on a mission to change this for people in the St. Louis metropolitan area and southeastern Missouri.


Our organization was founded on the belief that people come first and that a person must be supported by receiving comprehensive care. We offer programs across several different areas of focus.


  • Case Management: When you receive services from Circle of Care, St. Louis, you will be in the good hands of someone from our Case Management team. Our case managers work to assess, advocate for, and help plan services around your medical and non-medical needs. As your needs change, your case manager will continue to work with you to adjust your services.

  • Soulful Wellness: Incorporates evidence-based disease and disability prevention programs to empower adults to self-manage for quality of life. Soulful Wellness staff and volunteers are committed to building a culture of wellness, where individuals are engaged, educated, and empowered to achieve total health.

  • My Ride ConnectionEnhances the health and quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities by providing the comfort and peace of mind of affordable, passenger-focused transportation services through a reliable, volunteer drivers.


  • In-Home Services: The in-home care services program encompasses advanced personal care, non-medical personal care, and household care provided by experienced licensed staff. Circle of Care St. Louis also provides Consumer Directed Care Services for disabled adults who want to direct their own care and hire their own care workers.

  • Let's Talk About It: Circle of Care St. Louis offers counseling to clients and their families because caring for a family or friend is difficult and it’s equally hard to be the person with an illness or disability. Our counseling can occur in the home and the program covers counseling for caregivers, addiction, anxiety and depression, bereavement, LGBTQ, individuals, and groups.

  • Victim of Crime Services: Our victims of crime program provide wrap around support to older and adults with disabilities victims of crime by offering supportive services, counseling, safety planning, and trauma informed in-home care. Each client also receives advocacy/referral services to help with obtaining the appropriate community resources (financial assistance, emotional stability, and educational benefits).
