Everyday necessities can become difficult to afford or keep on hand. Circle of Care Essentials provides limited charitable assistance with personal-care, nutritional, and household essentials for eligible older adults and adults with disabilities experiencing financial or resource barriers.

Support is based on established program guidelines, identified need, available resources, and current inventory. Circle of Care Essentials is supported through charitable contributions, donated goods, and community partnerships and is not a Medicaid-covered service.

Essentials That Make a Difference

Personal Care Essentials

Incontinence supplies, wipes, soap, shampoo, deodorant, oral-care products, tissues, and other everyday personal-care necessities.

Nutritional Essentials

Nutritional drinks and selected supplemental food items that help address everyday nutritional needs.

Household Essentials

Laundry and dish detergent, paper products, garbage bags, disinfecting products, household cleaners, and other basic supplies.

Items, brands, quantities, and availability may vary.

Who Can Receive Assistance?

Circle of Care Essentials serves eligible older adults and adults with disabilities experiencing financial or resource barriers.

We'll provide information about our current priority needs so your group knows exactly what to collect.
