At Circle of Care St. Louis, our mission is to reduce social, economic, and health disparities by providing comprehensive home- and community-based services that promote independence, stability, health, and quality of life for individuals and families. Since beginning services in 2020, we have witnessed firsthand how access to dependable care, knowledgeable guidance, and meaningful community support can make a difference in people's lives. We have also seen the challenges that remain when individuals and families must navigate fragmented systems, limited resources, and barriers to opportunity.
As we continue to grow, we recognize that advancing our mission requires more than compassionate programs. It requires thoughtful leadership, sound governance, strong community relationships, and a shared commitment to long-term impact.

We also recognize the importance of lived experience and community knowledge in shaping decisions that reflect the needs of those we serve.
Previous nonprofit board experience is welcomed but is not required to express interest. What matters most is a sincere commitment to our mission and a willingness to contribute time, talent, perspective, and leadership.
