Turn Generosity Into Something Tangible
A donation drive is a simple way to bring people together around a practical need.
Circle of Care St. Louis works with workplaces, churches, schools, civic organizations, sororities and fraternities, neighborhood groups, families, and community partners to collect approved items for Circle of Care Essentials.
Donated items help us provide practical support such as personal-care products, nutritional items, household supplies, mobility items, and other everyday essentials to eligible older adults and adults with disabilities experiencing financial or resource barriers.
How Donation Drives Work
1. Tell Us About Your Drive
Complete our short Donation Drive Request Form and let us know:
-
Who is hosting the drive
-
Your organization or group
-
Where the drive will be held
-
Your preferred dates
-
What type of items you would like to collect
-
Who will serve as the main contact
2. Complete a Short Orientation
Before hosting a drive, approved organizers participate in a brief orientation with Circle of Care St. Louis.
This helps ensure you understand our mission, current needs, approved items, donation guidelines, branding expectations, and how collected items should be handled.
3. Plan & Promote
Once approved, you can begin organizing your drive.
Circle of Care will provide guidance on current needs and approved messaging so your participants know exactly what items are being requested.

Collect approved items during your scheduled drive period.
Our team will work with you to coordinate delivery or another approved handoff arrangement.

Have Items to Give?
You do not have to organize a full donation drive to support Circle of Care Essentials.
Individuals, businesses, organizations, and community partners may also make approved in-kind donations of new items from our current wish
list. Because our needs and storage capacity can change, we ask donors to contact us before bringing large quantities of items or mobility
equipment.
In-Kind Donation Guidelines
Please donate items that are:
-
New and unopened, unless otherwise approved
-
Clean and in usable condition
-
Within expiration dates where applicable
-
Consistent with our current wish list
-
Appropriate for the populations we serve
Mobility equipment and other durable items may require additional review before acceptance.
Why Your Donation Matters
For many older adults and adults with disabilities, everyday essentials can become difficult to afford while balancing housing, food, healthcare, transportation, and other basic expenses.
Your donation helps provide practical items that can support comfort, dignity, nutrition, safety, and independence at home.
Whether you collect one box or organize an entire community drive, your generosity becomes part of something larger.
It helps strengthen the Circle.
