Home Care That Goes Beyond the Basics
Protecting Benefits. Preserving Independence. Empowering Families.
-
When a loved one begins to need assistance at home, families are often faced with difficult questions.
-
How do we keep them safe?
-
How do we afford care?
-
Will Medicaid cover services?
-
What happens if benefits are reduced or denied?
-
Who can help us navigate the system?
At Circle of Care St. Louis, we understand these concerns because we help families overcome them every day.
As a Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services approved Medicaid provider, we offer comprehensive home care services, Medicaid advocacy, care coordination, and community support designed to help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safely and independently in their homes.
We believe quality care extends beyond assistance with daily activities. True care addresses the whole person—their health, well-being, dignity, security, and connection to their community.
That belief is the foundation of everything we do.
SAVE Our Seniors (SOS)
Our Signature Model for Aging Well
At Circle of Care St. Louis, we recognize that many older adults face challenges that traditional home care alone cannot solve.
-
Food insecurity.
-
Social isolation.
-
Limited access to essential household items.
-
Transportation barriers.
-
Caregiver burnout.
-
Difficulty navigating healthcare systems.
These challenges directly impact health outcomes and quality of life.
That is why we created SAVE Our Seniors (SOS), our holistic approach to supporting older adults beyond traditional caregiving services.
Through SOS, we work to identify unmet needs and connect seniors with critical resources that promote wellness, stability, and independence.
Nutritional Wellness
-
We help connect seniors with food resources, healthy meal options, nutrition education, and wellness support to combat food insecurity and improve overall health.
-
Essential Living Support
-
We assist eligible seniors in accessing personal hygiene products, household necessities, cleaning supplies, and other resources that help maintain dignity and safety at home.
Health & Wellness Navigation
Our team helps participants access preventive services, wellness programs, health screenings, and supportive community resources.
Social Connection & Community Engagement
We believe no senior should age in isolation. We connect older adults with opportunities for social engagement, education, volunteerism, and community involvement.
Caregiver Support
Family caregivers are often the unsung heroes of aging services. We provide education, respite support, resources, and guidance to help caregivers avoid burnout and maintain their own well-being.
Advocacy & Resource Coordination
We work alongside seniors and families to identify barriers and connect them with programs and services that improve long-term quality of life.
Because every senior deserves more than care.
They deserve dignity, opportunity, connection, and hope.

Medicaid Advocacy & Benefits Protection
Helping Families Navigate Missouri Medicaid with Confidence
Understanding Medicaid can feel overwhelming.
Many families come to us after being told:
"I make too much money."
"My benefits were denied."
"My care hours were reduced."
"I received a notice from Medicaid and don't know what it means."
"My renewal paperwork is due and I'm afraid I'll lose services."
You do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
Our team provides guidance and support to help participants understand their options and maintain access to critical services.
Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment Assistance
We help individuals and families understand available programs, eligibility requirements, application processes, and service options.
Spend Down Assistance
Many individuals are incorrectly told they earn too much income to qualify for Medicaid services.
Our team helps participants understand Missouri's Spend Down Program, qualifying medical expenses, documentation requirements, and available options for maintaining eligibility.
Miller's Trust (Qualified Income Trust) Guidance
For individuals whose income exceeds Medicaid limits for certain waiver programs, a Miller's Trust may provide a pathway to eligibility.
We help families understand how Qualified Income Trusts work and connect them with appropriate resources to move forward.
Medicaid Revalidations & Annual Renewals
Missing a deadline or failing to submit requested documentation can result in interruptions in care and loss of benefits.
We assist participants with:
• Annual renewals
• Revalidation requirements
• Documentation collection
• Submission tracking
• Responding to requests for information
Adverse Notices & Service Reductions
Receiving notice that services may be reduced, suspended, or terminated can be frightening.
Our team helps participants understand adverse notices, appeal rights, deadlines, and available options so they can make informed decisions regarding their care.
Because protecting benefits is just as important as providing care.
Why Families Choose Circle of Care St. Louis
Families choose Circle of Care because we provide more than home care.

We provide guidance.
We provide community.
Our integrated approach combines compassionate caregiving, Medicaid expertise, care coordination, wellness support, and community resources to address the complete needs of older adults and adults with disabilities.
